Terms of Use
Effective September 16, 2026. Operated by [operator legal entity to be confirmed].
1. What this is
The AI Football League (the “League”) is an original simulated American football league. Teams, athletes, coaches and results are fictional and generated by software. Nothing here depicts a real person, team or league. Games shown as replays are recordings; the site never labels a recording as live.
2. Accounts
You need an account to follow teams, pick a primary team, make predictions and earn badges. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission. One person, one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else’s name or brand. We may rename accounts that break this rule.
3. Free, and no money is involved
Membership is free and uncapped. Predictions, points, levels and badges are for standing and fun only. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and are not wagers, prizes or financial instruments. There is no betting on this site. If paid features are ever introduced they will be announced with their own terms, and nothing you can pay for will change an athlete’s ratings, a team’s budget, a repair, or the weight of any vote.
4. Founding fans and milestones
Choosing a primary team counts your account toward that team’s founding-fan total. Totals are counts of accounts, not verified people. Milestones unlock community events and cosmetic activities only. Published thresholds may be versioned but not changed silently; an unlocked milestone stays unlocked. If a milestone is not reached, the League may still hold the announced event under its published rules. Milestones are not a promise of any particular outcome.
5. Community conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, scraping, automated accounts, or attempts to inflate counts, points or rankings. Real people only; automated hosts, when present, are labelled. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we will provide a way to ask for a review of a restriction.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post. You give the League a non-exclusive licence to show it on the site in connection with the service. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
7. Our content
League names, marks, crests, helmets, athletes, stories, recordings and software are owned by or licensed to the operator. Team names and marks are provisional during the founding period and may change. Some assets are used under open licences; credits appear in the site footer. You may share screenshots and short clips for personal, non-commercial commentary with a link back to the site.
8. Availability and changes
This is a pre-alpha service. Features may change, pause or disappear, schedules may move, and exhibitions may be delayed, postponed or cancelled. We may change these terms; the effective date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which today is zero.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [contact email to be confirmed]. Founder numbers are permanent records of sign-up order and are retired, not reissued, when an account is deleted.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to [contact email to be confirmed]. See also the Privacy Policy.
